Strength:  Hang Power Clean 1-1-1-1-1-1

Conditioning:  ARMAP in 12:00:
– 2 Burpee Box Overs (Performance: 24″, Fitness: 20″, Health: as high as possible – all levels land in power position)
– 2 steps Walking Lunges (prisoner style)

**Each subsequent round, add two reps to each movement. Score highest round completed + extra reps
