Health: Ring Row – choose a height and stay with it the entire workout. Make sure your feet are always placed in the same position.
*This is the CrossFit Football version of my favorite Pull up WOD, “Nicole” a benchmark CrossFit workout. It’s simple, but super effective. It crushes the forearms and makes it feel like you are running with two tree trunks tied to your shoulders. Do you practice your math skills while you run, constantly trying to pick what to target each round to get to your goal? What pull-up strategy do you use in this one? Do you hang on for dear life and eke out rep after rep? Or once you get to fatigue do you choose to drop and run fast?

The 2017 Reebok CrossFit Games starts next week, Aug. 3-6, at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wisconsin.
This year, the CrossFit Games will be easier to watch than ever. New season-long partnerships with Facebook and CBS Sports will mean that fans worldwide can watch the entire competition online for free, with additional televised coverage before, during and after the event. Additionally, the CBS Television Network will air a one-hour live look into the competition on Aug. 5, and a highlight show on Aug. 19, both at 1 p.m. ET.
