Strength:  Front Squat 2-2-2-2-2

Conditioning: 50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of:
– Wall Balls (20# to 10′)
– Box Jumps (24/20″)

*Challenge: Forego worrying about overall time, can you string together every set of Wall Balls?  Your Box Jump skill will diminish a bit, but having goals during workouts is a great way to improve aspects of your fitness.  Time isn’t everything!

Primary Job Responsibilities (what to expect but not limited too):
-Lead up to 7 Group Classes/week
-Perform up to 12 Personal Training sessions weekly with our new member Fundamentals Process
Several hours per week on Professional Development and Client Management
-Consulting with prospective clients
-General Gym Tidiness
