What do coaches have planned? – Sat 8.19.17

On top of Weekend WODs being a longer metabolic conditioning workout, we also rarely post what the workout will be.  This is because the coaches who coach the weekend WOD are free to form their own workout.  Sometimes this is based on the number of people and the skill level of those involved.  Sometimes it will be a partner/team WOD.  Only the coach coaching know what the workout will be, but that’s part of the fun!
