Deadlifting and running- Tue 4.25.17
Deadlifting and running is a potent combo! They tax many of the same muscles, mostly because a good Deadlift uses all the muscles! We’ll give a slight break today though, by not programming them in the WOD together
Strength: Deadlift 2-2-2-2-2
Conditioning: 4 rounds for time of:
– Run 400 meters
– 10 Burpee Pull Ups (Performance: 5 Burpee Muscle Ups, Fitness: Rx’d, Health: 10 Burpee into Kip)
*20:00 time cap

-Lead up to 7 Group Classes/week
-Perform up to 12 Personal Training sessions weekly with our new member Fundamentals Process
Several hours per week on Professional Development and Client Management
-Consulting with prospective clients
-General Gym Tidiness
