Strength:  Hang Power Clean 2-2-2-2-2

Conditioning:  For time:
Reps of 21-18-15-12-9-6-3:
– Push Ball (Performance/Fitness: 20/14# to 10′, Health: 14/10# to 9′)
– Pull Ups (Performance: C2B, Fitness: Rx’d, Health: Ring Rows)

*Optional Strength:  Wendler Week 2 Day 4:

Percentages are off your TRAINING MAX, which is 90% of your true max:
– Power Clean:
70% x 2
80% x 2
90% x 2+

NO touch and go reps.   Must keep hands on bar to keep the set going.  Once the hands come off, the set is over

(When you see 5+, 3+, 2+,or 1+, that means you do the max reps you can manage with that weight, with the goal being at least 5 reps.  If you go higher than you’re attempting to set a personal rep record at that weight, but the lifts should maintain the strictest of form.)
