Skill: Dip practice. Rings, bars, boxes, static holds, weighted, transition from pull up to dip (muscle up)
3-5 sets x max reps OR Weighted Dips 5-5-5-5-5
Conditioning: For time:
– 6 Pull Ups
– 8 single arm KB/DB Push Press – alternate arms as needed*
– 10 KB/DB Swings – Russian*
Rest 1:30, then do 2 more rounds.
Rest 1:00, then do 1 more round
*choose a challenging weight for the KB/DB movements.
