Final Day for CrossFit Games – Sun 7.24.16
Today is the final day for the 2016 Reebok CrossFit Games. I hope you have been watching and enjoying the amazing abilities of these great athletes!
Each year since 2007, the CrossFit Games are a more comprehensive test of fitness, and the athletes raise the level of competition to unprecedented heights, and this year is no different!
The CrossFit Games change every year, and the details are often not announced until right before each event. Athletes there have trained year-round for this competition that has so many unknowns. Their mental fortitude has been put to the test in a rigorous, broad-ranging test of overall physical capacity. After today, the Fittest Woman, Man, and Team will be crowned!
Today’s schedule looks like this:
8:30am – 9:30am TBA (Team)
9:50am – 10:20am Handstand Walk / Suicide Sprint / The Plow (Individual Women)
10:25am – 10:55am Handstand Walk / Suicide Sprint / The Plow (Individual Men)
11:40am – 12:40pm TBA (Team)
12:55pm – 5:50pm TBA (Individual Men)
12:55pm – 5:50pm TBA (Individual Women)
Here’s how you can watch it today. The 2016 Games will be streamed online to YouTube and WatchESPN, and 10 hours of competition will be broadcast to ESPN networks.
