Strength: Deadlift 2-2-2-2-2
Conditioning: 4 rounds for time of:
– Run 400 meters
– 10 Burpee Pull Ups (Performance: 5 Burpee Muscle Ups, Fitness: Rx’d, Health: 10 Burpee into Kip)
*20:00 time cap
