Friday 1.08.16 – Nancy
Hopefully “Nancy” today gives you that Post-WOD satisfying look Abe is showing in the photo! Hope you have enjoyed the “Girl” workouts this week. I figured, what better time to redo a bunch of these workouts then during the first week of the New Year. For “Nancy” today, the focus should be on a good overhead position. This should be more important than doing the workout “Rx’d”.
Skill: Snatch Balance
5 Rounds for time of:
-15 Overhead Squats (95/65#….or 45# or 15# or a pvc pipe, anything that allows you to get into a better overhead position!)
*20:00 time cap
