– 20 yard Overhead Farmer Carry – right*
– 12 Burpees
– 5 Kettlebell Snatch – left
– 20 yard Overhead Farmer Carry – left*
– 12 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (with your KB)

*OH Farmer Carry to be completed Single Arm with KB overhead.
