Friday 11.06.15 – Spartan Race this weekend

Amy, Tina, Abe, Omar and Erica have been training hard for the Spartan Race this Sunday.  If you see today in the gym, wish them luck!  Anyone else who is running, let us know!?

Strength:  Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1-1

*Try for a PR if it’s there!

Conditioning: 2 rounds of:
– 400m Run
– 30 Russian Twists (pick weight)
– 20 Push Ups
– 10 Pull Ups

*These should be long sprints.  Try to go as hard as possible for both rounds (no gaming!).
