Strength:  Snatch Grip Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5

*Hook that grip.  If you would like to add a quick shrug at the top of each rep, I approve

Conditioning:  5 Rounds:
– 14 cal. Row
– 12 Front Squats (Performance: 165/105#, Fitness: 135/85#, Health: 95/55#)
– 10 Push Ups (Performance: Rings, Fitness: Rx’d, Health: scaled as needed)
– 8 Pull Ups (Performance: C2B, Fitness: Rx’d, Health: scaled as needed)

*Rest until a rower is available, but at least 90 sec and no more than 3 min.
**These are Sprints!!!  Try to get through each round as fast as possible.  Record your fasted round!
