Friday the 13th – Fri 4.13.18

It’s Friday the 13th!  Enjoy this “scary” WOD that Coach Leighna requested back during the Open from CrossFit Gymnastics.  I didn’t want to scare you back then, but now, get after it (and protect your hands!).  If you think the WOD will take too long, get right into the WOD and do Deadlifts at the end.

Strength: Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3

*Scaling: Ideally, each set will be as heavy as possible for 3 reps, but newer athletes should start light and slowly add weight as they become comfortable.

Conditioning: For time:
100 pull-ups

*every time you break perform 5 Burpees
