Strength:  Power Snatch 3-3-3-3-3

*maintain your hands on the bar for all reps in a set.  Learn to catch the bar at the hips then lower the bar through positions 1-3 the same way you would bring it up off the floor

WOD:  Partner EMOM for 18:00:
Alternate with your partner each minute*:
– One min: 5 Sumo Deadlifts
– Next min:  max rep Burpees

*One partner starts on the Deadlifts, the other partner starts on Burpees.  At each minute, switch exercises.  Try to use a weight that is roughly 75% 1-rep max for both, or close to.   If you must change out some weights, the partner doing the 5 deadlifts should have the weights ready for their partner doing the burpees!
