After a good warm up, work up to set max 1 rep for the Deadlift for the day. But only if you feel it’s there. We are not pushing to absolute maxes today, as there is still plenty of workout to do afterwards.
Strength: Deadlift, 1 RM for the day
Conditioning: 4 rounds for time of:
– 25 Abmat Sit Ups (Performance: GHD Sit Ups)
– 12 Pull Ups (Performance: C2B, Health: Ring Rows)
– 400m Run
