Half filthy fifties – Mon 7.24.17
The workout today is essentially half of the movements found in filthy fifties. Since it’s not actual filthy fifties workout, therefore not a benchmark workout, you can decide the height and weight of each movement.
Strength: Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3
Conditioning: For time:
– 50 Box Jumps
– 50 Kettlebell Swings
– 50 Knees to Elbows
– 50 Wall Balls
– 50 Burpees
