Conditioning: The Continental Congress voted on adopting the Declaration of Independence on 7/2/1776. The Continental Congress adopted the Declaration of Independence on 7/4/1776 and it was signed on 8/2/1776. So, with that in mind…

19 – reps of each… (19×4=76)
56 lbs – because there are 56 signatures on the Declaration of Independence
