Lot’s of options to attempt for today’s skill workout.  If you absolutely cannot get upside down there are still other options.  Grab a partner and alternate attempts by spotting each other.  Or do some plank holds every minute.  Talk about what you can do with your coach!

Skill:  On the minute for 10 minutes:
– Handstand attempt

Performance: 1 Walk max distance
Fitness: 3 free standing Handstand attempts
Health:  10-20 sec Handstand Hold against wall

Conditioning: “Elizabeth”
21-15-9:
– Clean (Performance: Squat 135/95#, Fitness: Power- 135/95#, Health: as heavy as possible)
– Ring Dips (Performance: strict, Fitness: Rx’d, Health: Push up scaled as needed)
