Today will be the start of the last cycle of the current strength program before we test with a CrossFit Total.  The last time we did it was in May, so get ready!

Strength:  Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3

Conditioning: For time:
Reps of 21-15-9:
– Push Press (Performance: 135/95#, Fitness: 95/65#, Health: prisoner style)
– Front Rack Walking Lunge – total (same)
– Sumo Deadlift High Pull (same)
