Strength:  Bench or Floor Press 3-3-3-3-3

Conditioning:  6 rounds:
– Toes to Bar – Max. reps in 30 sec
– Rest 30 sec
– Burpees – Max. reps in 30 sec
– Rest 30 sec

*Toes to Bar (Fitness: T2B or K2E, Health: Knees as high as possible into chest)
*Burpees (Performance & Fitness: jump and reach target 6″ above max reach)
