Conditioning:  Reps of 21-18-15-12-9-6- and 3:
– Wall Ball shots (Performance: 20/14# to 10′, Fitness: 20/14# to 10/9′, Health: 14/10# to 8′)
– Box Jumps (Performance: 30/24″, Fitness: 24/20″, Health:  as high as can land in a “power” position)
