Conditioning: 4 rounds for time:
– 10 Toes to Bar (Performance:  10 non-stop each round, Fitness:  Rx’d, Health: Knees above parallel)
– 15 KB Swings – Russian (Performance:  53/35# +, Fitness: 53/35#, Health: 35-44/18-26#)
– 20 one-arm Thruster – 10/arm (AHAP – KB or DB)
