Conditioning: Reps of 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1:
– Handstand Push Ups (Performance: Deficit, Fitness: to floor, Health: sub of choice)
– KB Swings – Russian (Performance: >53/35#+, Fitness, 53/35#, Health: AHAP)
Between every set of HSPU and KB swings, perform one 30 yard shuttle sprint (up and back 15 yards).
