Monday 8.17.15 – position and posture

 In W.O.D.

Strength:  Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5

Conditioning: 6 rounds for time:
– 5 Broad Jumps (>6/4′)
– 10 Ring Rows
– 200m Run

For the broad jumps, try to land farther on each rep in a set, as long as you can still land above parallel power position.  For the ring rows, try to lower the rings as low to the ground as possible, or as level to a box as possible.  For the run……Sprint!
