Strength:  Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5

Conditioning: Reps of 21-18-15-12-9-6- and 3:
– Wall Ball shots (20/14# to 10′)
– Box Jumps (24/20″)

*Coaching tips:  The idea of the Conditioning workout is to keep moving!  If you cannot hit the target at 10′ regularly, move it to 9′.  And if you can’t land with a solid power position in the box jump, then move the box height down.
