Partner Filthy 50 – Fri 6.23.17
As simple as it sounds. Do Filthy 50 with a partner! Talk with your partner ahead of time to determine who is going to do more (or less) of certain movements. Do not just split the work down the middle. Be ready to step in if they start to struggle or slow down, and don’t be afraid to ask for help if you need a break. If you find yourselves both having to rest at the same time because you both are so tired, break it up into smaller sets! There is no point in both of you standing around when you can do smaller sets with slightly shorter rests.
Strength: Clean 2-2-2-2-2
Conditioning: “Partner Filthy 50s”
– 50 Box Jump (24/ 20″)
– 50 Jumping Pull Ups
– 50 Kettlebell Swings (35/26#)
– 50 steps of Walking Lunges
– 50 Knees to Elbows
– 50 Push Press (45/ 35#)
– 50 Hip Extensions
– 50 Wall Ball Shots (20 /14# to 10′)
– 50 Burpees
– 50 Double Unders
You can do this workout in any order, but for this to be done “as RX’d” you must complete all 50 or 30 reps of each exercise before moving on to the next, AND the Burpees and Double Unders must be done last and in that order.
NOTE: Jumping Pull Ups IS the movement. It is not a scaled movement for regular pull ups
