Proper Warm Up – Mon 8.07.17
Let’s continue with Conditioning first. I saw and heard of many PRs this past week. What this told me is you may not be getting a proper warm up prior to the start of class. If you are just going through the movements during the warm ups, and not moving dynamically or quickly, then you are going to be a little slower (and weaker) during the strength portions.
Conditioning: On a 12:00 clock:
– 1000m Row
In remainder of time complete as many rounds as possible of:
– 12 Toes to Bar
– 12 Goblet Squats (M:53#/W:35#)
– 6 Burpees
Strength: Overhead Squat 3-3-3-3-3
