– 3 reps Hang Power Clean (4 minutes)
– 2 reps Hang Power Clean (4 minutes/add 5#-10#)
– 1 rep Hang Power Clean (4 minutes/add 5#-10#)

Conditioning: Complete the following for time:
– 21 Alternating One-Arm KB or DB Snatches (pick weight)
– 21 Ring Push Ups (Performance: Ring Dips, Health: Push Up sub)
– 200m Run
– 15 Alternating One-Arm KB or DB Snatches
– 15 Ring Push Ups
– 200m Run
– 9 Alternating One-Arm KB or DB Snatches
– 9 Ring Push Ups
– 200m Run

Primary Job Responsibilities (what to expect but not limited too):
-Lead up to 7 Group Classes/week
-Perform up to 12 Personal Training sessions weekly with our new member Fundamentals Process
Several hours per week on Professional Development and Client Management
-Consulting with prospective clients
-General Gym Tidiness
