Repeat a Trunk WOD – Wed 5.17.17
Today’s WOD is and repeat from April run like “Fight Gone Bad”, in this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round with a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. Only we are destroying the Trunk!
Strength: Push Press 3-3-3-3-3
Conditioning: “Trunk Gone Bad”
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. We will do three rounds. The stations are:
1. Warrior Sit Ups/ V-Ups
2. Med Ball toe touches – 1 left leg + 1 right leg =1 rep (Link HERE)
3. Hollow Rocks
4. Russian Twists – 1 left leg + 1 right leg =1 rep
5. Travelling Med Ball Planks* – 1 walk over=1 rep
Rest one minute after the rowing each round. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep.
*For the Travelling Med Ball Planks, begin in a plank position with your feet on one side of the med ball. Walk the feet up onto and over the med ball and then end the rep with both feet on the opposite side of the ball.
