Conditioning: “Scotty”
Complete as many rounds as possible in 11 minutes of:
5 deadlifts, 315 lb.
18 wall-ball shots, 20-lb. ball
17 burpees, over the bar

Scaling this WOD
Strive for 3-4 rounds. The deadlifts should be unbroken every round. Select a weight that is challenging but allows for excellent mechanics.

Beginner
Complete as many rounds as possible in 11 minutes of:
5 deadlifts
18 wall-ball shots
17 burpees

Men use 155-lb. barbell and 12-lb. ball
Women use 105-lb. barbell and 8-lb. ball

Watch The Deadlift from the CrossFit Journal to review points of performance. Eliminate the jump over the bar to keep intensity high during the burpees. To maintain the relevance of this memorial, modify the loads as needed, but keep the repetitions as written.

Intermediate
Complete as many rounds as possible in 11 minutes of:
5 deadlifts
18 wall-ball shots
17 burpees, over the bar

Men use 275-lb. barbell and 20-lb. ball
Women use 185-lb. barbell and 14-lb. ball
