Skill Work: Handstand Push Up

10-15min working on Handstand Push-ups or Handstand Push-up progressions!!

**Use this time to practice getting upside  Various progressions are available, such as

  1. Walk walks to hand stand progression
  2. Shoulder taps in handstand position 
  3. Kicking Up on the wall
  4. Negative Handstand pushups
  5. Kipping Handstand pushups

 

Conditioning:

15min AMRAP

200m KB Farmers Walk

200m Double KB Waiters Walk

200m KB Goblet Walk

200m Double KB Rack Walk
