There is some light reading about CrossFit and the NSCA and “CrossFit injuries” if anyone cares to read:

– In 2014, CrossFit sued the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) over study that alleges high injury rate:

– In September 2016, CrossFit got a major win against the NSCA when a US District Court ruled that the NSCA published false data.  The ruling even suggests  the NSCA did it in a desperate attempt to protect their market share:

– NSCA then responded this week with some more information to its members:

Obviously this is going to go on for a while, but I just wanted people to be aware that there have been many “studies” done on the dangers of CrossFit, many of which have come based on the NSCA’s false information.  I’m not saying you can’t get injured by CrossFitting wrong.  What I am saying is be careful what you read a believe!
