Strength: Push Press 6 x 2. Lift every 1:30.

The weight should stay the same and you should focus on speed off the shoulders and a strong lockout.  Use  a weight that you can hit for all 6 sets, but you should be tough, especially on the 2nd rep of sets 4-6.

Conditioning: AMRAP in 14:00:
– 40 Calorie Row
Then, with remaining time, rounds of:
– 5 Hang Power Cleans (Performance: 155/105#, Fitness: 115/75#, Health: 74/45#)
– 5 Front Squats (same)
– 10 Bar-facing Burpees
