Squat Therapy – Tue 12.19.17

Strength:  Back Squat 2-2-2-2-2

Conditioning: 3 rounds for time of:
– 100-ft. Walking Lunge
– 50 Air squats
– 30 Box Jumps (24/20″)

• The Walking Lunge
• The Air Squat

Scaling this WOD
Watch The Walking LungeThe Air Squat prior to starting this workout. If you are able to complete the air squats with no rest, consider increasing the reps and performing the workout as is.

Beginner
3 rounds for time of:
60-ft. walking lunge
30 squats
30 box jumps (20/15″)

Use the warm-up to work on squat therapy. During the workout, if technique begins to deteriorate, slow down and focus on the execution of the movement.

Intermediate
3 rounds for time of:
100-ft. walking lunge
30 squats
30 box jumps (24/20″)
