A great warm up for deadlifts is the rower!
Don’t just sit on the rower and get through the distance as fast as possible. Focus on trying to mimic your deadlift technique, work on some stiff legged deadlifts, and focus on activating the hamstrings.
Strength: Deadlift 1rm for the day
WOD: 5 rounds for time:
– 20 Wall Ball shots (20/14# to 10/9′)
– 10 Deadlifts (225/155#)*
*If you cannot perform the Deadlifts at rx’d weight, then do them at 60% today’s 1rm
