    Alan’s quest for fitness began as young man when he first started playing football, and he knew being bigger; faster; stronger; was the key to getting better. He picked up his first barbell back then and hasn’t stopped since. Alan is excited about sharing his lifetime of fitness experience with new athletes. He loves to see an athlete hit a new personal record, or do something they just thought they couldn’t do, because he is a firm believer that the mind will quit long before the body does! With that mindset, he creates a motivating and positive environment for athletes to train in at The Compound.

    Alan found Crossfit 6 yrs ago looking for something more than the average gym workout.
