Erica Ellingson offers a wide range of fitness knowledge and 13 years of training and coaching experience. As a personal trainer for more than seven years, she has seen more positive results personally and professionally now that she is a CrossFit trainer. With three young children at home, CrossFit helps Erica and her fire fighting husband Steve, keep up with their on-the-go lifestyle. She knows first hand how CrossFit can help balance a busy schedule with fitness goals.
Erica competed in volleyball and crew (rowing) throughout high school and college and has experience training athletes in numerous sports. Erica is CrossFit Level 1, USA Weightlifting Level 1- Sports Performance, CrossFit Barbell certified with additional certifcations and experience in: nutrition, stress management, youth fitness, AAFA personal training and pre-and post-natal fitness programing.
