Phillip Kelly

    Phillip Kelly began CrossFit in 2012 after growing bored with the same old gym routine. He saw the CrossFit Games on ESPN and within a week was signed up at The Compound. Shortly after starting CrossFit, he was quickly introduced to the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. It took one workout with Snatches in it for me to gain the desire to learn more about the technique of the lifts and want to get better. Aside from wanting to be stronger, faster, and healthier, I have found CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting to be a huge stress reliever all while making some great friends along the way. As a coach, Phillip strives to help each client establish and accomplish their individual goals. Phillip is CrossFit Level 1 certified
