Skill:  Ring Row 4 x max reps.

Try to increase by 1 or 2 reps OR lower the rings/ raise the box from 6.02.15

WOD:  Complete 5 rounds:
– 10 Deadlift @ 100% from yesterday’s top Power Clean set
– 50 steps Jump Rope running in place*

*If you cannot run in place, perform Double Unders instead.
