Skill: Death by 10 meters

It’s rainy weather, but that doesn’t mean we still can’t run!

-Sprint 10m the first minute, 20m the second minute, 30m the third minute, and so on until you can no longer complete the required distance in the given time. You must cross the line completely at each 10m run. All out effort!

Compare to 6.30.15

Conditioning: 21-15-9 for QUALITY:
– Cleans – full squats (Performance: 183/135#, Fitness: 135/85#, Health: 95/55#)
– Strict Ring Dips (Performance: each time you start the rings, do a muscle up, Fitness: rx’d, Health: Box dips – feet as needed)

We will be running The CrossFit Open differently this year.  In the past, we have programmed the Open Workout for the gym.  This year, instead of programming for the gym, we will be hosting a Friday Night Throwdown for everyone at the gym to do it together!

We have been invited to participate at the Solano County Home and Garden Show at the Dixon fairgrounds again this February. We had a great turnout last year for participation and we got some good exposure for our gym. The date is Saturday, February 2oth.
