Skill:  EMOM for 12:00:
– Odd – 2-3 Pistols/leg at hardest variation
– Even – 1 max distance Broad Jump (try to increase distance each time)

Conditioning:  AMRAP in 5:00:
– 6 Hang Power Cleans (Performance: 185/135#, Fitness: 135/95#, Health: 95/55#)
– 12 Walking Lunges (6/leg)

-Rest 3:00:

AMRAP in 5:00:
– 6 Hang Power Snatch (Performance: 135/95#, Fitness: 115/75#, Health: SDHP 95/55#)
– 12 Box Jumps (all levels 24/20″ or as high as you can land in a solid “Power Stance”)
