Skill:  Handstand Push Up 4 x max reps

*Find a scaled version, scaled up or scaled down, that you can maintain 5+ reps with good form for all 4 rounds.  That should be your scaled option for the next time we do HSPU in a WOD.

Conditioning:  For time:
– 9 Cleans (Performance: 185/135#, Fitness: 135/95#, Health: 95/55#)
– 19 Ring Dips (Performance: Rx’d – but begin each set with a muscle up, Fitness: Rx’d, Health: Ring, Floor, or Box Push Up)
– 6 Cleans
– 16 Ring Dips
– 3 Cleans
– 13 Ring Dips

*Cleans are full squats cleans

**Optional Cash Out:  2 rounds:
– 1 min. Row (for calories)
– 1 min. Abmat Sit Ups
– 1 min. Rest
