*Either add more reps per set, or bring the rings down (or box up) to get closer to Rx’d Ring Rows

Conditioning:  AMRAP in 3:00:
– 3 Push Press (Performance:  155/105#, Fitness: 135/85#, Health: 95/55#)
– 6 Front Squats (same)
– 9 Burpees

Repeat this sequence 4 times (4 rounds). Rest for 1 minutes between the 3 minute rounds.
