Tuesday 12.29.15 – Tier 2 part 1
Fitness rating continues this week with part 1 of the Tier 2 fitness tests. Just like yesterday, record your numbers and provide them to Coach Jenna. (You should be recording your numbers anyways if you are doing your CrossFit right!). If you do a scaled version of “1/2 Karen”, please make sure you right down EXACTLY what the scaled version you did, so you can repeat it next time we do it!
We will be doing the second part of Tier 2 tomorrow! Remember, these are just numbers. The goal is to be better than yesterday for every day of this Challenge. And Have Fun!!!
Strength: Deadlift. Find 3rm
Conditioning: “1/2 Karen”
– 75 Wall Balls (Performance/ Fitness: 20/14# to 10′, Health: 14/10# to 9′)

– Thursday, New Years Eve: Morning Hours only, 5:00-11:00 am
– Friday, New Years Day: Closed
– Saturday: Normal Saturday Hours, 8:00 and 9:00 am classes
