Skill:  Pistols.  Work to the hardest variation* of pistols you can do (support, no support, weighted, overhead, etc).  Then perform 10 reps on each leg at that variation.

*This is a chance to push yourself past your comfort zone.  “Hardest variation” should mean no more than 1-2 reps in a row without rest and resetting!  Fails and missed reps should be expected.

WOD:  AMRAP in 12:00:
– 5 Handstand Push Ups
– 10 Cleans – any (135/ 85#)
– 15 Box Jumps (24/ 20″)*
