Tuesday 8.04.15 – sled pushes and barbell work
Skill: Sled Push – 25 yards
– 5 x fastest time possible @ 1.5x est. bodyweight
WOD: 5 rounds for time:
– 5 Power Cleans (135/85#)
– 7 Front Squats
– 9 Ring Dips
Coaching tips: Go fast! This workout, both aspects, should be seen as sprints. The slowest portion possibly is the ring dips. So your barbell weight should be slightly difficult, but you should able to perform power cleans and front squats without putting the bar down for at least 3 of the 5 rounds.
