Skill: Power Clean + Push Jerk. Take 10 minutes and get a comfortable max for the day.

*L-Sit max holds between sets, on the rings or boxes

Conditioning: “DT”
5 rounds for time of:
– 12 Deadlifts (155/100#)
– 9 Hang Power Clean (155/10#)
– 6 Push Jerk (155/100#)

*If you cannot perform the workout at the prescribed weight, complete the workout at approx. 60% of today’s Power Clean + Push Jerk max.
