Tuesday 9.29.15 – better pulls for more power

 In W.O.D.

Skill:  Sled Pulls – 20 yards.
*Stand in place and use the rope to pull the weight to you.


Conditioning
:  AMRAP in 13:00:
– 3 Power Cleans*
– 13 Pull Ups (Fitness: No bands, go to Ring Rows if needed, Health:  Ring Rows)
– 23 Double Unders (Health:  46 reps Jump Rope running in place)

*For Power Clean go as heavy as possible.  If you can’t string all 3 reps together, go down in weight the next round.  If you can, go up in weight the following round.
