Tuesday schedule change – Mon 7.03.17

This week’s schedule will be a bit different.
Monday, the 3rd: regular hours
Tuesday, the 4th: Saturday hours (8 and 9 am only)
Wednesday, the 5th: back to regular hours

Strength: Front Squat 5-5-5-5-5

Conditioning: For time:
Reps of 15-12-9-6-2:
– Power Clean (Performance: 165/115#, Fitness: 135/95#, Health: 95/65#)
– Bar-facing Burpees

This July, Sweat Angels is partnering with H2OpenDoors to provide water to people in need. H2OpenDoors is a program of Rotary clubs around the word with the long-term goal of providing access to clean, safe drinking water for one million people throughout developing nations. Every check-in will provide 100 gallons of safe water to a someone in need. #givewater
